Junior Strength & Fitness

Kids’ fitness classes in Alcester, ages 10–14Stronger, faster, more confident.

Fun, structured kids’ fitness classes in Alcester that help 10 to 14 year olds get stronger and move better, for their sport and for everyday life. Small groups, coached by me. I’ve got two sporty boys myself, so I know how much energy they’ve got to burn.

What they build

Great for sport, PE and everyday life

The better kids can move and control their bodies, the more confident they become. And the best bit: most of the time they just think they’re playing games.

Strength & explosive power

Coached strength work for growing bodies, built up week by week.

Speed & coordination

Agility drills like hopping, skipping, jumping and crawling that carry straight into their sport.

Balance & confidence

Better control of their own bodies, and the confidence that comes with it.

A typical session

Forty minutes, never boring

  1. Warm-up games

A fun warm-up and some dynamic stretches to get them moving.

  2. Speed & agility

Drills that improve balance, coordination and speed.

  3. Strength circuit

Coached exercises to build strength the right way.

  4. Races & cool-down

Group races to finish, then a proper cool-down.

Every few weeks we repeat a simple fitness test, so the kids can see how much they’ve improved.
